Day Caregiver

Caregivers work with other team members to maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals
• provide person-centered care
• support residents with dementia, cognitive or physical limitations, and end-of-life care
• assist with transfers and repositioning using equipment such as wheelchairs, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts
• observe and report condition changes
• document care and vital signs
• and collaborate with caregivers and nurses.
