The Part-Time Janitorial Maintenance Technician role is onsite at Uptown Scottsbluff Mall in Scottsbluff, NE. What you'll do

• Clean common areas, restrooms, and eating areas
• remove trash
• maintain supply inventory
• assist with minor repairs, painting, and property maintenance
• respond to work orders
• monitor exterior areas
• mow and maintain landscaping
• assist with basic plumbing repairs
• operate grounds equipment
• remove snow and apply de-icing materials
• inspect areas for safety concerns
• assist with event setup and teardown.
