What you'll do

• Administer and support server and cloud infrastructure
• build, document, and deploy new environments and sites
• maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 services
• support network services
• apply patches and security baselines
• monitor performance and plan capacity
• administer backup, replication, and disaster recovery
• automate recurring tasks with scripting or infrastructure-as-code tools
• follow change management policies
• collaborate with security teams
• provide escalation-level support
• mentor junior administrators and contribute to documentation.
