What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other monetary transactions
• create official checks
• scan transactions
• provide courteous customer service
• help resolve account concerns
• answer calls and greet customers
• balance and secure cash drawers
• balance ATM or vault as assigned
• explain bank products and refer customers to appropriate colleagues
• participate in product campaigns
• assist other departments and complete required training.
