What you'll do

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision for clients across center-based and in-home settings
• conduct ongoing assessments and complete reauthorization reports
• adjust treatment based on data analysis
• provide at least one hour of caregiver support and training per client each month
• supervise and train BTs/RBTs and complete RBT competency assessments
• complete clinical documentation on the day of service
• collaborate with the Operations Manager on clinical performance, scheduling, and staffing.
