What you'll do

• Ensure pharmacy procedures and standard operating procedures comply with company policies and state and federal regulations. Evaluate medication orders for drug, dosage, interactions, and administration
• ensure medications are correctly supplied and labeled
• recommend therapy changes when needed
• maintain customer clinical records
• investigate medication-related queries
• communicate with facility staff and healthcare professionals
• supervise medicine preparation
• maintain controlled-drug registers and medication security
• perform on-call duties when required.
