What you'll do

• Own strategic relationships with enterprise entertainment customers
• partner with Customer Success Managers on goals, delivery, adoption, and engagement
• advise customer executives
• lead executive business reviews and QBRs
• identify cross-sell, upsell, and global expansion opportunities
• maintain account plans and monitor account health and adoption
• collaborate across internal teams
• represent the company at customer meetings and industry events
• travel approximately 30–40%.
