The Resident Assistant, Full-Time Overnights, River Heights role is onsite in South Saint Paul, MN, with a 10:00 PM–6:30 AM schedule, 64 hours per pay period, and every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday requirements. Pay is $19–$23.65 per hour, with an additional $5 per hour for shifts picked up outside the regular schedule block. The role is part of Vivie’s nursing department and supports residents in their community. The assistant provides hands-on daily support while helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, and connection. The role includes personal care, meal and activity support, monitoring and reporting changes to nursing staff, and maintaining residents’ living spaces.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility
• support meals, restorative care, and life skills
• encourage social, recreational, and wellness activities
• maintain resident spaces through housekeeping and laundry
• prepare and serve meals, beverages, and snacks
• report changes in health or emotional well-being to nursing staff
• welcome new residents and support their transition.
