What you'll do

• Receive calls from French-speaking dealers
• gather and document information in English
• deliver resolutions in French using defined processes and applications
• handle inbound and outbound communications through calls, chats, emails, and other channels as needed
• meet quality and productivity targets
• work Monday through Friday within the stated operating hours of 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Eastern, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Central, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. Mountain, or 6 a.m.–4 p.m. Pacific.
