The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver — Parkinson’s Care role is onsite in Barberton, OH, with pay of $23–$25 per hour. BrightStar Care provides home care, with registered nurse oversight on every case. The caregiver provides personalized companion and daily-living support to help the client remain safe and comfortable at home. The role also includes monitoring and reporting changes, following the care plan, and communicating with the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide companion and personal care
• assist with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• support transfers and mobility
• accompany the client to lunch, appointments, and errands as needed
• provide light housekeeping
• monitor and report changes
• follow the care plan and communicate with supervisors or case managers
• protect client confidentiality under HIPAA.

Why this role

The listed schedule includes Friday through Sunday and 8–12-hour shifts, with options including 8 a.m.–8 p.m., 8 p.m.–8 a.m., or 8 a.m.–5 p.m. On-call opportunities are available with an additional $50–$100 stipend per shift.
