What you'll do

• Prepare meals for enrolled children using provided menus and recipes in accordance with CACFP requirements
• submit food and supply requisitions
• pick up local supplies as needed using a personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursed under agency policy
• maintain inventory records
• inspect and store deliveries
• submit required paperwork
• maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and equipment
• make and document meal substitutions
• accommodate special diets
• participate in meetings, training, reviews, and inspections
• maintain confidentiality
• support child recruitment and safety practices.
