What you'll do

• Communicate with customers by phone and written correspondence
• prepare accurate pricing, configurations, and quotes
• build and maintain customer relationships
• maintain customer contacts in the CRM
• coordinate order entry, order management, customer communication, and shipment coordination across departments
• assist outside sales with customer research and outbound telephone marketing.
