What you'll do

• Support supervision of community associates and customer service and leasing
• help ensure tax credit compliance through training, audits, inspections, and reporting
• assist leasing and marketing and prepare lease paperwork
• recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions
• review resident files and accounting records, communicate about balances, and support collections
• assist resident retention initiatives
• collect and deposit rents and other income
• support occupancy and budget management.
