Senior Software Engineer, Performance Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and execute performance test strategies for enterprise applications, AWS-native applications, APIs, microservices, data warehouses, and data lakes. Define objectives, workload models, test data, schedules, and criteria
• run load, stress, endurance, scalability, resiliency, and capacity tests using NeoLoad or other approved tools
• and automate tests in CI/CD pipelines. Analyze results and system metrics, identify bottlenecks and resiliency gaps, support cloud modernization and data migrations, lead defect triage and root-cause analysis, establish baselines and reporting, and mentor team members.
