What you'll do

• Prepare and file business immigration petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and EB-series cases
• advise corporate clients on visa strategies, compliance, and workforce planning
• manage PERM applications
• represent clients before USCIS, DOL, and other federal agencies
• draft briefs, RFE responses, appeals, and motions
• manage caseloads and track legal updates.
