Primary Care Physician

Provide primary care services to senior/geriatric patients, including comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care. Refer patients to specialists as needed and manage patient care plans. Document all patient interactions and participate in clinical rounds and conferences. Adhere to quality, service, productivity, and teamwork standards.
