This role will work with our Epic Health Primary Care organization. Advanced Practice Provider ( PA / APRN/FNP ) – English/Spanish Bilingual. Location: On-site in Cicero, IL. Pay : Base pay of $100,000-140,000 based of experience + up to $9,000 in quarterly performance bonuses.
