• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, coaching, career development, and corrective action
• conduct workplace investigations
• analyze HR metrics
• support workforce planning and talent acquisition
• interpret policies
• manage leaves including FMLA
• support employment-law compliance, training, and HR projects.
