What you'll do

• Audit existing Litmos courses and document structure, interactivity, and content
• rebuild and redesign courses in Articulate Rise 360
• collaborate with subject matter experts and the learning and development team to clarify objectives and translate technical content
• apply adult learning principles and instructional design practices
• ensure SCORM package compatibility in Cornerstone
• conduct quality assurance testing for accuracy, accessibility, and responsiveness
• maintain documentation and timelines
• provide input on course evaluation strategies.
