What you'll do

• Lead project design vision from concept through construction administration
• develop programming, concepts, space plans, materials, finishes, FF&E selections, and design documentation
• direct and review team work
• manage priorities and deliverables
• mentor designers
• lead client presentations and design reviews
• coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and purchasing teams
• review construction submittals and participate in site visits
• and lead quality control.
