What you'll do

• Perform routine building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, pressure washing, and appliance repairs
• complete service orders promptly and safely
• maintain equipment on scheduled and unscheduled intervals
• repair vacated rooms for new residents
• maintain common areas
• manage supplies and equipment inventory
• keep accurate maintenance records
• communicate with inspectors and local authorities
• follow applicable codes.

Why this role
