The In-Home Hemodialysis Care Partner — 1:1 Client role is onsite in Riverside, IL, with a schedule of five to six days per week and compensation of $25 per hour. Training and clinical-team guidance are provided for patient-specific dialysis processes and home setup.

What you'll do

• Assist with dialysis treatment setup using a Tableau or NxStage dialysis machine
• keep the treatment environment clean, organized, and safe
• provide companionship and reassurance
• help the patient stay on treatment schedule
• provide light activities-of-daily-living support as needed
• monitor safety and report concerns to the coordinating nurse
• maintain simple documentation and shift notes.
