Service Support Coordinator II

The Service Support Coordinator II is an onsite role based in Vancouver, WA. The starting pay range is $22.00 to $28.00 per hour. This role supports the Photonics service team by acting as the primary liaison for internal and external customers. The role exists to ensure on-time delivery of return merchandise authorization (RMA) shipments and to improve service operations. By managing backlogs, coordinating with technical staff, and resolving administrative issues, the coordinator ensures that customer expectations for service turnaround times are met.
