What you'll do
- Welcome guests and explain winery experiences
- recommend and promote private seated experiences
- enter walk-in contact details in the reservation system
- book reservations at sister properties and confirm bookings
- respond to reservation calls and emails
- manage seating, table status, and wait lists
- assist with tasting-room tasks during peak periods
- complete assigned outreach projects.
