What you'll do

• Overseeing the relationship with the federal customer and serving as the customer’s single point of contact by coordinating with cross functional teams and ensuring the prompt follow-up to actions and tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and influence executive leadership.
• Manage a team to include functions such as staffing, performance management, etc.
