Shift Leader

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with hourly pay of $17–$19. The Shift Leader coordinates restaurant operations and leads front- and back-of-house employees during shifts. What you'll do

• Manage front- and back-of-house employee performance
• provide initial and ongoing training
• recognize strong performance
• complete operational checklists, line checks, opening and closing lists, and safe and deposit logs
• monitor guest experience metrics and food-safety standards
• support onboarding
• follow food ordering, inventory, cash, and labor procedures.
