Asset Manager

Job overview

The Asset Manager role is onsite in the Billings, MT area, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends when situations require follow-through. Compensation is $23 per hour. The role supports Public Housing occupancy, resident records, rental bookkeeping, and HUD compliance for the Housing Authority of Billings.

What you'll do

• Create, maintain, monitor, and audit resident files
• assist with tenant eligibility and certification processes
• compile program documentation and reports
• communicate with residents and address concerns
• issue notices, support eviction coordination, and attend court when required
• complete tenant account adjustments and rental bookkeeping
• coordinate move-out maintenance, work orders, inspections, and tenant charges
• and follow LIHTC and PPV processes as applicable.
