What you'll do

• Design fire sprinkler systems to NFPA standards, perform hydraulic calculations and system sizing, produce shop drawings, coordinate plans, and prepare submittals.
• Own projects from turnover through closeout, manage budgets, costs, change orders, billing projections, schedules, and inspections.
• Guide field teams, conduct site visits, ensure code compliance and installation quality, maintain project documentation, and communicate with clients and general contractors.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of fire sprinkler design and/or project management experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and project management software, and knowledge of sprinkler systems and hydraulic calculations. NICET Water-Based Systems Layout, OSHA-30, and CPR/First Aid are preferred.
