It coordinates training operations, content, systems, communications, and budget while working with marketing, market access, sales, and medical affairs to support appropriate program delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage CTP operations and maintenance, including the trainer network, training content, database, Nexplanontraining.com, and SOPs
• collaborate with medical affairs on content and trainer certification
• support field specialists and sales with program execution and updates
• use data and feedback to improve processes
• coordinate leadership communications
• support budget and expense management.
