What you'll do

• Supervise crews and participate in installations of pavers, retaining walls, patios, steps, grading, drainage, planting, and sod
• read plans and lay out projects
• coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, deliveries, and staging
• track labor, materials, schedules, and progress
• train crew members, perform quality checks, and enforce safety
• prepare basic change order estimates
• support seasonal snow removal, which may require morning or evening work any day of the week.
