What you'll do

• Lead onboarding strategies for new accounts
• own revenue retention and identify research sales growth opportunities
• develop annual engagement plans
• identify client needs and expansion opportunities
• partner with Research teams on client agendas and feedback
• manage executive check-ins, value reviews, renewal preparation, stakeholder training, and account research
• lead renewal negotiations
• increase client use of existing resources and capabilities.
