Corporate Accountant

Job overview

The Corporate Accountant role follows a hybrid schedule of three days in the Scottsdale, AZ office and two days remote; additional hours may be required during month-end close and audit periods. The accountant maintains accurate financial records, with a focus on asset-side balance sheet accounts, cash accounting, reconciliations, and close activities. The work supports timely financial reporting, compliance with company policies, and coordination across accounting and operational teams.

What you'll do

• Manage cash accounting and bank reconciliations
• record and reconcile deposits
• monitor cash activity and intercompany settlements
• maintain asset balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
• prepare journal entries
• assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• support billbacks, sales tax processes, audits, and special projects
• maintain documentation and internal-control compliance.
