The Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician / RLT role is onsite in Prairieville, LA, with pay of $16–$18 per hour. The position supports children and families affected by autism through Butterfly Effects’ applied behavior analysis services. Working under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, the interventionist implements individualized plans and records progress. The role contributes to children’s communication, social interaction, self-care, and other skills while collaborating with families and the treatment team.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction
• observe, record, and report client progress and behavior
• manage challenging behaviors
• apply behavioral principles consistently
• assist clients with academic and life skills as needed
• communicate with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients
• participate in the treatment team and ongoing training
• complete accurate daily paperwork and data collection
• maintain client confidentiality and follow company policies.
