Property Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete minor post-renovation repairs and make-ready and turn work, including punch lists
• install and troubleshoot smart home technology
• perform pre-move-in inspections 72 hours before resident arrivals
• schedule and complete occupied maintenance work orders
• coordinate move-out walks
• perform occupancy and HOA violation checks
• handle in-person evictions and lockouts when needed
• install and remove marketing yard signs
• maintain community cleanliness
• communicate with residents about outstanding issues
• review weekly KPIs with the Head of Construction.
