What you'll do

• Perform non-instructional duties under the classroom teacher’s supervision
• assist the teacher with children’s activities
• supervise children, including during busing and transitions
• assist with physical care and health-related activities as appropriate
• support children with behavioral and management needs
• prepare classroom materials and equipment
• assist with meals, snacks, and cleanup
• share relevant information with the teacher
• attend meetings, workshops, and training as needed
• follow agency policies and department guidelines.
