What you'll do

• Carry out preventive and routine maintenance of facilities, grounds, and equipment
• perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction, and maintenance projects within training and experience
• inspect facilities and report needed repairs
• prepare the site for users and assist with check-in and check-out
• respond to appropriate maintenance requests
• maintain records
• keep the property orderly
• and provide a security presence.
