The Sports Coordinator — Basketball role is onsite in Huntsville, AL, with stated pay of $16–$17 per hour. The role involves hands-on participation in practices and games across age groups and skill levels, as well as setting up and taking down Bison backboards.

What you'll do

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practices focused on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• teach and demonstrate core concepts and sportsmanship
• supervise the designated sport’s game-day operation
• provide customer service
• put up and take down Bison backboards
• observe, assess, and assist coaches.
