What you'll do

• Lead single-plaintiff, class action, collective action, and PAGA matters through litigation
• develop and execute strategy with relationship partners
• direct discovery
• take and defend depositions
• work with expert witnesses
• draft and argue motions
• appear in court and represent clients at trial and arbitration
• lead settlement negotiations
• advise clients.
