What you'll do

• Manage a dedicated fleet of professional drivers
• oversee scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance
• ensure vehicle inspections and regulatory compliance
• monitor fuel use and cost-saving initiatives
• track trucks and loads
• manage home-time requests and load updates
• communicate with drivers and customers
• coordinate with internal departments
• manage preventive maintenance schedules
• assist drivers with payroll, advances, and fuel issues
• update AS400 data.
