The Healthcare Front Desk Coordinator – Infusion Center role is onsite at the Paramus, New Jersey infusion center, with flexibility to support other centers in the market. The coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and supports smooth center operations by managing appointments and intake details, verifying insurance, and coordinating patient flow with nursing staff. What you'll do

• Greet patients, answer phones, and assist visitors
• schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments and ensure pre-visit requirements and authorizations are in place
• verify insurance, update demographic information, and collect copays
• coordinate patient flow with nursing staff
• maintain the reception area
• flex to support other centers in the market as needed.
