Direct Support Professional (DSP) – 24-Hour Residential Support

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) – 24-Hour Residential Support role is in person in Juneau, AK, with a stated rate of $320–$369 per 24-hour shift based on experience. The DSP provides consistent, relationship-based support in an individual’s home and community, helping people maintain independence, build daily living skills, and pursue personal goals. The work includes following Individual Service Plans and responding to support needs during the shift; designated overnight sleep time may be available when appropriate to the individual’s needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily living activities and household routines, prepare meals, and support healthy living habits. Promote independence and personal choice
• assist with transportation to appointments, community activities, work, or recreation. Help maintain a safe, organized home, support participation in community life and personal goals, complete required documentation, and follow Individual Service Plans.
