What you'll do

• Oversee assigned properties
• review financial reports and prepare owner reports
• respond to owners, agencies, financial institutions, auditors, and staff
• hire, supervise, and evaluate staff
• monitor regulatory and company compliance
• review leases, contracts, rent schedules, and resident files
• inspect sites
• train and meet with community managers
• prepare budgets
• negotiate contracts subject to approval
• prepare for regulatory inspections.
