The Fusion Center Operations Shift/Team Lead (3rd Shift) role is onsite in Foster City, CA, with a schedule of 11 p.m.–8 a.m., Friday–Tuesday or Thursday–Monday. The base salary range is $84,000–$123,000 per year. Zoox’s Fusion Center Operations team provides real-time human context to support autonomous vehicle missions. The lead guides operators in executing operational targets and supports safe, reliable fleet operations. Working hands-on alongside the team, the lead coordinates TeleOps workflows, supports escalations, and helps ensure software and hardware tests meet company standards.

What you'll do

• Lead rider operators, teleoperators, and mission control associates
• provide regular written and oral performance feedback
• support process improvements in safety and efficiency
• align the team with Fleet Operations goals
• become an expert in TeleOps, Mission Control, and Rider Support tools
• assist contractors with assignments
• support missions in varied roles
• act as a player/coach and first point of contact for service escalations.
