What you'll do

• Prepare pastries, desserts, breads, baked goods, and pastry components
• support seasonal menus and special preparations
• assist with finishing, plating, and presentation
• maintain a clean and organized workstation
• follow food safety, sanitation, labeling, storage, and handling standards
• coordinate with pastry, culinary, and service teams
• help monitor product usage, waste, and inventory
• assist with receiving, storage, and rotation of ingredients and supplies.
