Senior Product Manager, External APIs

The Senior Product Manager, External APIs works onsite in Los Angeles, CA. The base salary range is $150,000–$185,000 per year. It improves partner and developer integration experiences, aligns technical and commercial stakeholders, and uses adoption, activation, integration health, and reliability measures to guide product decisions.

What you'll do

• Own the external API strategy, roadmap, and governance
• set standards for API design, authentication, versioning, deprecation, rate limits, and service levels
• improve documentation, support, sandbox, webhooks, and onboarding
• identify ecosystem opportunities from partner feedback and usage
• coordinate strategic integrations and launch communications
• define and report ecosystem success metrics.
