What you'll do

• Investigate and manage complex auto claims through resolution
• analyze policy language, statements, evidence, damages, and applicable laws
• evaluate and negotiate physical-damage claims within settlement authority
• document decisions using Guidewire ClaimCenter and other resources
• manage assigned inventory and claim timelines
• communicate with members and claimants
• collaborate with managers, appraisers, and technical partners
• and support catastrophe operations, including on-call dates and possible travel or deployment.
