What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures. Capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• and assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
