What you'll do

• Manage the order flow from the kitchen to ensure dishes are prepared in sequence and sent out to diners in a timely manner.
• Check the presentation and quality of each dish.
• Act as a communication hub between the kitchen and the dining room staff.
• Organize and prioritize food tickets.
• Resolve any issues related to dish preparation or timing.
