The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring that operational standards are met during shifts, managing cash handling, and providing exemplary customer service to maintain the brand's reputation.

What you'll do

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, and manage cash handling.
• Enforce company policies and standards.
• Execute shift management according to operations and safety standards.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
• Utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility maintenance.
