The Caregiver role is onsite in Henderson, TN. Pay is $16.00–$17.50 per hour. Stand Out Home Care provides personalized in-home care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, including clients served through VA and CHOICES programs. Caregivers support clients’ daily routines and well-being by providing personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, companionship, and other help according to individualized care plans, while reporting changes in condition to the appropriate team member.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals
• provide light housekeeping and laundry
• give medication reminders
• offer companionship and supervision
• run errands and assist with daily routines
• follow individualized care plans
• maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• report changes in client condition to the appropriate team member.
